History

In 1994, we founded two voucher funds, which were special vehicles of privatization in Ukraine. These funds have attracted more than 150,000 individuals.

In 1996, Sincome Inc. played an active role in establishing the PFTS, Ukraine 's largest stock exchange, which accounts for 90% of all securities trading activity in Ukraine.

We are consistently ranked in the top 5 of the most active PFTS members. In 2003 and 2004, we ranked second in the PFTS’s annual rating of stock trading activity, fourth in 2005, third in 2006 and second in 2007.

Key Personnel

Pavel Korovitsky, Deputy Chairman of the Board, has been with Sincome for more than 10 years. A graduate of Kiev Economics University, Pavel is responsible for the company’s trading operations.

Andriy Petruk CFA joined Sincome in 2004 as Head of Research. He graduated from Kiev Economics University in 1996 and finished his MBA at International Management Institute (IMI-Kiev) in 2001. Andriy received his CFA degree in 2003.

Anatoliy Zaslavchik is Director of Corporate Finance at Sincome. He received his BA from City University of New York in 1996 and MS from Pace University in New York in 2004. Anatoliy has over 12 years of management, investment banking, venture capital and private equity, and strategy consulting experience in the US and EU, where he specialized in Eastern European markets.

Tatiana Litchnaya, Head of International Equity Sales, joined Sincome in 2007. She graduated from Kiev Economics University in 2005 with a degree in International Economics. Prior to joining Sincome, she worked at Concorde Capital and On-Line Capital.
